BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • Std Bookings – a 50% deposit is required within 24 – 48 hours, as we unfortunately cannot guarantee your reservation without a secured deposit, especially during the peak times.
  • 1 Week prior to arrival date - full payment is required at the time of making a reservation.
  • Karoo View Specials - full payment is required within 24 – 48 hours in order to secure your reservation. Please no Cash or Cheque deposits for Specials.
  • We would prefer payment via EFT, alternatively you are welcome to provide your Credit Card details.
  • Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you once your payment has reflected in our bank.
  • Balance of payment is required prior to or upon arrival

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Within 29 days of arrival: The full booking amount will be forfeited which also applies to non-arrival, early departure, personal emergencies or Acts of God
  • 1 Month prior to arrival:
    30% of Deposit refundable
  • 2 – 3 Month’s prior to arrival:
    50% of Deposit refundable
  • 4 or more month’s prior to arrival:
    95% of Deposit refundable
  • In all of the above instances if commission has been paid over to a 3rd party any applicable deposit refund will be less the commission already charged for by the 3rd party
  • We may at our discretion, allow changes in booking dates / terms / persons however this will need to be assessed at the time of request taking into account our current reservations and availability
